Whole house self-catering let WHOLE HOUSE RENTAL

St Johns is a beautiful Victorian property one minutes walk from the beach and ten minutes walk to the town and 20 minutes to the harbour, that can now be booked for exclusive use as a self-catering holiday let. Private parking to the rear of the property takes the strain away on arrival before taking the short walk to the front door. The guest accommodation is over four floors with the bright and sunny dining room on the ground floor, a large lounge and kitchen on the first floor and seven en-suite bedrooms. Rooms benefit from en-suite bathrooms and quality towels and white linen is included. In addition there is a separate toilet on the ground floor.

Just kick off your shoes in the entrance (not compulsory though!) and make yourself truly at home for an enjoyable stay with friends or family. Perfect for holiday times, birthday or anniversary celebrations or just to visit Weymouth and the surrounding Dorset. No age limits in place.

The owners live on the lower ground in a completely separate area. Guests have their own front door. NB – the two rooms on the ground floor are not included in the rental and remain closed when house is booked. Rates from £500 per night – sleeping up to 15.
