Terms and Conditions

Payments by cash, BACS, and the following cards:
Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard, American Express – no charge.

A deposit equal to the first nights stay is required.
The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions.
Full booking balance is due on the day of arrival.

If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.

In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

Coronovirus Update

We appreciate how difficult coronavirus has made booking a holiday. During the current pandemic, our usual cancellation terms have been superseded with the following:

If you are unable to stay with us on the intended date due to Coronavirus related issues, no charges will be applicable.  We will cancel your booking and refund any payment already paid, or be happy to reschedule your stay for another date. We will try to be as flexible as possible – please note if the new date is in a higher price bracket than the original dates there maybe an additional charge. Please talk to us if you have any queries or concerns. 


Check-In is between 3 pm & 8 pm. We kindly ask all guests to provide us with an estimated time of arrival, as this helps us try to ensure that your room is ready for when you arrive.

We try to be as accommodating as possible, so if you have a check-in time that is outside of our listed hours, please call us first to see whether we can accommodate your request. If you are arriving in Weymouth early, you are welcome to drop off your luggage with us if your room is not ready.
