Terms and Conditions

Payments by cash, BACS, and the following cards:
Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard, American Express – no charge.

Please note the terms detailed below only apply to direct bookings made via email, telephone or our website. We strongly advise all guests to think about having travel insurance to cover any cancellation not covered by our policy.

A deposit equal to the first nights stay is required.
The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions.
Full booking balance is due on the day of arrival.

If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.

In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged. 


Check-In is between 3 pm & 8 pm. We kindly ask all guests to provide us with an estimated time of arrival, as this helps us try to ensure that your room is ready for when you arrive.

We try to be as accommodating as possible, so if you have a check-in time that is outside of our listed hours, please call us first to see whether we can accommodate your request. If you are arriving in Weymouth early, you are welcome to make use of our car park if your room is not ready.
