Whole House Rental – self catering

Did you know we are one of the few guest houses in Weymouth that you can book to stay on exclusive use 0n a self-catering basis? Leave your shoes at the front door and enjoy the luxury of the whole house without having to share with other guests! This is perfect for any celebration – Christmas, New Year, special birthdays, anniversary or just any excuse for family or a group of friends to get together; sleeping up to 15 people. Your stay can be planned and adapted to your needs to include extras such as afternoon tea, cocktails, beauty treatments.

The rental includes:

1. The dining room on the ground floor. The tables can be laid up to suit your group.

2. The lounge and kitchen on the first floor. Plenty of seating along with a well fitted kitchen (large fridge, cooker, dishwasher, microwave). There is a large TV and a small dining table and chairs.

3. Seven en-suite rooms over three floors.

• Room 4 – double on the first floor.
• Room 5 – king on the first floor.
• Room 6 – double with full bath on the second floor.
• Room 7 – a king or twin on the second floor.
• The Romsey Suite – a king and twin, separated with a Jack and Jill bathroom on the second floor.
• Room 11 – another family room consisting of a king and a single bed.

4. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk all provided along with condiments. A good selection of cooking utensils along with all crockery and cutlery. As we live on site in the completely separate lower ground flat we are usually on hand if you are missing anything.

5. Towels and toiletries.

6. Private parking at the rear of the property. Enough for six cars.

7. No age limit. We can provide a high chair and travel cot.

The rental doesn’t include:

Breakfast – there are cafes and restaurants close by or bring your own.

Ground floor bedrooms – these are closed off from the rental.

Optional Extras, which can be arranged at booking.
